Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Exif Lens ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License

Gökhan Gündüz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Description of Service

Exif Lens is a photo metadata viewer and editor that allows you to view, edit, and remove EXIF metadata from photos stored on your device. All processing occurs locally on your device.

4. Subscriptions

Exif Lens offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions are managed and processed entirely by Apple.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Free Trials: If offered, free trial periods automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

Management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the photos and metadata you edit using the App. You agree not to use the App to alter metadata for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is the intellectual property of Gökhan Gündüz and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Metadata editing operations modify your photos directly; you are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gökhan Gündüz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or metadata corruption.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
